Position: Design Intern-Uber Beijing

We’re seeking talented and thoughtful design interns to help define and execute against a giant vision that builds upon what Uber has brought to the world so far.  If you have the right stuff to join theUber Beijing team as an intern, you’ll work among best-in-class operations team, product managers and most creative event organizers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid (technology/operations) environment.

We might be a good match if...

You believe in craftsmanship and creating elegant, compelling designs.
Your growing portfolio has some stand-out work. You're a walking encyclopedia of the latest apps and design trends (on mobile, web, desktop, etc), and have ideas and opinions on how to make many of them even better.

You don't mind to work things out from sketch
As Uber has entered Beijing for just over half a year, many SWAG, online visual materials, presswork need to be designed from sketch to fit local market trends. You are highly self-motivated to identify imperfections and come up with better ideas. You would love to be the one who initiate innovations and keeping pushing it towards the finishing line.

因为优步仅仅进军北京半年，我们需要根据当地市场的趋势从头设计赠品、线上宣传资料、媒体资料等。你应激励自我来寻找不完美之处并产生新的想法。同时，你应该成为一个在完成任务之前不断产生新想法的人。
