Brief Description of Assignment:
1.General fleet performance tracking.  We would establish a closer relationship with customer during daily performance communication
2.High effective and efficient driver training.  We would analysis the driving style of each driver, and provide the improvement advice accordingly
3.Complaint handle.  Knowing exactly what result the complaint and make the solution
4.MB image improvement.   Customer will save cost and have an efficient way to manage the fleet, so that to improve the satisfaction to MB tractors
  
Qualification Requirement:
1.Fluent English both in Written & Spoken
2.Good communication skills
3.Good MS Office skill
4.Patient and careful
5.Good knowledge on math would be a plus
