Basic Requirement:  
-Must stay student identity during whole internship  
-Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week

Brief Description of Assignment:  
-General fleet performance tracking.  We would establish a closer relationship with customer during daily performance communication  
-High effective and efficient driver training.  We would analysis the driving style of each driver, and provide the improvement advice accordingly  
-Complaint handle.  Knowing exactly what result the complaint and make the solution  
-MB image improvement.   Customer will save cost and have an efficient way to manage the fleet, so that to improve the satisfaction to MB tractors  
    
Qualification Requirement:  
-Fluent English both in Written & Spoken  
-Good communication skills  
-Good MS Office skill  
-Patient and careful  
-Good knowledge on math would be a plus
