Skill requirements:  
1. Skillful on Java and script development, esp. python.  
2. Familiar with IDE, esp. Eclipse.  
3. Excellent communication skills and pro-active working style, self motivated  
4. Long term internship with CDL in preferred (at least half a year)  
5. 4 days per week at least

1.WebSphere 产品发布前监控  
2.WebSphere 产品自动化测试相关研究  
3.功能性测试用例的开发
