Job Descriptions:
Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size.
Typical duties may include but are not limited to the followings:
- Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events;
- Organizes and manages calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department;
- Makes travel arrangements
- Travel Reimbursement for manager
- Interview arrangement, shopping cart creation
- May also coordinate with other internal teams in business meeting and event planning
- other proper support to team activities
Qualifications:
Graduate student in business management, English, administration, or related areas.
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Ready to integrate in international teams
* Independent way of working, proactively tackling issues
* Flexibility as to deal with workload peaks
* Can work for 6 months or more
- Familiar with Microsoft* Office* including Outlook*, Word*, Excel*, PowerPoint*, as well as SharePoint*
- Good spoken and written English
