Major Responsibilities
o Assist whole function of fleet car sales business.
o Transfer cars and find resources for dealers in IVSR system.
o Analyze sales status and do daily report. (Retail report and wholesale report)
o Allocate quota and stock of every regions and dealers based on their feedback and target.
o Upload and download business report of Hong Kong and Taiwan from IVP system.
o Prepare related materials and documents for Joint Region Sales Meeting of BMW China.
o Complete the tasks arranged by department accordingly.
Education / Degree
o Undergraduate or postgraduate student in colleges or universities.
Knowledge / Skills / Competences
o Fluent oral and written English.
o Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
o Guaranteed internship period is no less than 6 months, at least 4 days per week.
o Good communication and organization skills; Responsible; working in pressure; strong interpersonal skills.
工作职位:宝马(中国)汽车贸易有限公司 销售部订单组
工作地点:三元桥佳程广场B座 (地铁/公交均有三元桥站)
工作时间:一周至少4天,能保证5天者优先考虑。四月上旬入职
实习期:5-6个月(部门老板对时间要求严格,不能保证的慎投)
待遇:一周工作五天,全勤2200/Month (税后)
要求:有良好的英语交流沟通能力(公司内部邮件基本均为英文);熟练应用office相关软件;有较好的沟通能力;工作认真负责,抗压靠谱者优先
总的来说,这份实习能让你的excel技能有很大提升,对BMW的公司架构,部门,操作系统都能有一定了解。总体而言,销售部门是一个汽车贸易公司最重要的部门,在这个team里能学到关于数据分析的很多东西.虽然工作的重复性和机械性比较高,但是这是一个逐渐积累学习的过程.
