General Job Scope:
o    Possess good knowledge on software programming / technical challenges for internet and mobile development with a N-tier architecture
o    Good understanding of software design from concept to implementation
o    Great attitude and problem solving skills in investigating design issues and proposing constructive solutions under
o    Good concept on SDLC, SCRUM or Agile development model
o    Result oriented and able to drive an issue from beginning to completion
o    Good communication skills, able to present defined problem space with technical considerations to the product team
o    Flexible, eager to learn, willing to participate, and most of all, FUN to work with

Key Responsibility:
o    Deliver source code, unit test, documentation according to product requirements and design specifications
o    Work with mentor and senior team members on issue analysis, design and implement best option solution in the most effective and efficient manner
o    Participate in technical design discussion and contribute to overall solution delivery
o    Provide work estimations on assigned tasks and assist team to meet project resource requirements

Knowledge / Skills Requirement:
o    Good knowledge of / skills in one or more of the content areas of:
o    Working knowledge of
o    Java, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, XML, XSLT
o    Mobile application development, Canvas
o    Previous exposure/study on TCP/IP, Weblogic, Tomcat
o    Basic project management knowledge  
o    Good customer empathy
o    Self-driven and outstanding time management
o    Proactive software engineering design processes

Nice to have:
o    Flash, ActionScript, FLEX
