SMC Temporary Associate program is a 2~4 months internship program for over-performers who have strong interest in Siemens and management consulting. We offer a great platform for you to work across various projects ranging from strategy, benchmarking, M&A, etc. in a multicultural environment. You will be an indispensible part of our team, gathering and analyzing data, handling interviews, and communicating effectively with both your client and your team. Also, our unique exposure to the industry, dedicated coaching and well-planned training will prepare you well for a qualified Associate Consultant at SMC upon your graduation.
SMC Temporary Associate项目是一个专为对管理咨询行业怀有浓厚兴趣的优秀人才设计的实习项目。你将与我们多元化的团队一起，直接参与战略策划、标杆比照、并购等各类西门子集团的商业项目。你将成为项目团队中重要的一员，负责收集和分析数据、开展访谈、向客户和团队进行项目陈述等多种工作。除了在项目过程中尽职的辅导，我们还将提供定期的专业培训，帮助你深入了解管理咨询，在毕业的时候成为一名潜在的合格助理顾问。
In this program, SMC will track and record your performance, based on which we provide offer to qualified candidates before regular campus recruitment starts.

Strong passion towards Siemens and Siemens related industries

Excellent academic record, outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
