大功率半导体动态测试仪建设, 人数：1
工作职责：
-开发大功率半导体器件动态测试仪的工作，包括软件和硬件的建立与改良和实验室
检测。
要求：
-在读硕士或博士研究生
-熟练PCB布线技巧和Altium Designer的应用, 良好的焊接技能
-对高功率半导体，如二极管和IGBT, 有良好的理解
-有在实验室带电测试的工作经验
-良好TI处理器的DSP编程技巧
-良好的英语读写能力
-十分欢迎附上最近的PCB作品照片
实习时间：2015年6月1日开始， 为期3 – 6 个月。

Power semiconductor dynamic tester development; Position: 1
Responsibilities:
- Development of a dynamic performance tester for high power
semiconductors including software and hardware design modification /
improvement, and
laboratory testing. Please attach a photo of the previous PCB work.
Requirements:
- Master or Ph.D. Student
- Good PCB routing skill with Altium Designer and good soldering
skill
- Good understanding of high power semiconductor, such as diode and
IGBT
- Experience in laboratory electrical testing work
- Good DSP programming skill with TI processor
- Good capability of reading and writing English
- A recent photo of your PCB work is highly appreciated
Duration: 3 - 6 months. Start from 1st of June 2015
