Title:HR Intern

This job is to be performed by a HR assistant who is responsible, under direc
tion, for afford supporting to HR coverage officers on various HR related fun
ctions. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job incl
ude, but not limit to:
·Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements, receive candidates, shepher
d around with interviewers, follow up interview results (e.g. timely extendin
g reply letters to applicants), then input these results into system and summ
arize them to one-page report
·Update interview pipeline information, including the internal HR system and
other web bases, such as the recruitment section of CICC website and externa
l channels.
·Coordinate employee check-in / check-out process, prepare orientation packa
ges to new joiners. After their orientation, input new employee’s informatio
n into system to set up their e-files
·Assist in training and seminar coordination, such as booking conference roo
m and facilities, order food and beverage, confirm participant list. collect
training feedback from participants to input into system for further referenc
e
·Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the current HR inform
ation system
·Assist in the firm-wide year end campus recruitment process and performance
evaluation process

Education
·Bachelor degree above
·Good command in English and Chinese

·Self-confident & energetic, take initiative and being responsible
·Willing to work overtime and under pressure
·Previous internship experiences in HR is a plus
·Graduate of 2016 is preferred
