现有施耐德电气全球客户满意事业部的实习生招聘信息,工作职责有两个:一是负责Solution 和Service满意度,协助全球分公司建立调查中心、进行数据澄清、月报告分析、改进性行动推广等;二是协助开展大客户绿色通道服务的全球项目,老板是这一项目的全球Leader, 会涉及到公司各种不同职能的业务流程的梳理和系统的改造。

时间要求:希望时间可以充足一点,因为正在部门发展的关键时期,每周3-5天,至少6个月。 希望开始时间,面试之后即可录用,越早越好,最晚6月底之前,我们可以交接一下工作。
薪资:税前140/天。
交通:北京大部分地区有班车接送,上下班30-50分钟,地点在望京。 五点半下班,加班少,有加班工资。
主要要求:
1.做事一定是认真仔细、逻辑思维好,学习能力强。对事以目的为导向、负责到底。
2.熟练使用office办公软件,excel, ppt技能突出者优先。 有很多涉及到excel数据处理的工作。
3.英语听说读写能力优秀,因为主要同事都是外国人,需要看相关内容的英文材料,参加全球电话、视频会议,做会议PPT等。

Business: Global Market Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Development
Location: Beijing
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Planning and managing customer experience survey operations to ensure the timely collection of reliable and trustworthy data.
2.Coordinating with local customer satisfaction & loyalty development owners to ensure process operation effectively.
3.Building analyses used to report status and progress to senior and executive management.
4.Help the development of Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Development in Schneider Electric globally; include new initiative design and deployment, working structuring and training materials creation.
5.Other administration support to Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty global team.
Qualifications Required:
1.Related experience of customer experience management or market research is an advantage.
2.Exposure to international working experience is a plus.
3.Good knowledge & experience of Microsoft Software, especially in Excel or Access
4.Good analytical and problem solving skills.
5.Good communication (both oral and written) skills.
6.Proficiency of written and spoken English is a must.
