The IBM L2 Customer technical support team is looking for a Java developer Engineer. This position provides a unique opportunity to work with exciting, new technologies like Hadoop/Spark, etc by providing internal tooling design to benefit our support engineers daily PMR work. This is a job role for cross team related and will benefit all supporting products. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of new technology which includes the following responsibilities:  
  
Job Role
The role will use Java, Hadoop/Spark framework to design, implement and maintain our internal smart assistance for PMR solution analysis.  
You will develop, document, and communicate with cross IBM teams to collaborate the functions and implement the requirement
  
Desired Skills
Back End:
familiar with Linux Operation System
familiar with major open source middleware, including:
tomcat, TomEE, mysql, mongoDB, etc..
familiar with java and J2EE development

Front End:
mobile application development on iOS and Android
ability to perform UI design
  
Required  
High School Diploma with Computer Science/Software Engineering major
English: Fluent
