Position: Physical Algorithm Research Intern

Requirement:
* Extensive knowledge of radio communication theory and digital signal processing are required.
* Solid understanding on fundamentals of wireless communication physical layer concepts is required.
* Research or development experience for OFDM/OFDMA based systems is required.
* Extensive system analysis and simulation experience is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) are required.
* Experience for implementing wireless system blocks and algorithms in prototype of commercial product is a major plus.
* Knowledge of the LTE radio access network design is a plus.
* Experience in LTE cell detection algorithm, carrier aggregation or TM9 development is a plus.
* Good understanding of product development aspects associated with the wireless industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
* Closely follow the progress of academic research, work on 3GPP physical layer key technologies study especially for eNB related LTE-A physical layer key technologies study and corresponding standard related solutions
* Physical layer standard solutions design with the simulation on the physical layer key technologies，analyze the performance and computation complexity of algorithms and optimize system design scheme
