Department Introduction :
As a Top 20 multinational company in the world, Daimler has around 600 international assignees in China. We, Department of Global Human Resource and development (HRD/G), are Daimler international assignee’s HR contact partner in China and support them with all HR relevant issues.
Assignment Description:
1 Support draft, signature, chop, delivery and filing processes of all the global assignment related documents
2 Maintain good contact with other departments including CEO office, CFO office, accounting department, controlling department ect. in 7 entities and 4 joint ventures
3 Support ongoing projects and topics including team meetings, monthly assignee salary reports, assignee data analysis and other ad hoc topics.
4. Handle daily office chores including scanning, copying, mailing etc.
Basic Requirements:
1 Remain student identity during whole internship
2 Must fulfill 6 month internship, 5 days per week
3 Can be on board before September 10
Qualification Requirements:
1 Excellent communication skills ,positive attitude and open personality
2 Fluent in English and Chinese
3 Good in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
4 Business and management related majors are preferred
