o External Job Description
This role is designed to help the recruiter in daily recruitment, including:
· Supporting Recruiters for talent sourcing;
· Collecting and analyzing veracious information related to job-hunting;
· Expanding sourcing channels for Supply Chain talent;
· Posting/Maintaining online job advertisements in need;
· CV screening and 1st phone screen to ascertain potential candidate;
· Managing the overall recruiting scheduling process by using internal recruiting systems expertly, making sure provide good candidate experience through coordinating with internal interviewers and candidates fast and courteously;
· Recruiting data key-in, renewal and maintenance;
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
o Basic Qualifications Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in a 4 year university program or graduate program, in Human Resources, Labor Economics, International Business, Management related, and / or other related degree;
· Strong communication and writing skills (Both in Chinese & English), CET6 ;
· Fast Learner, detail-oriented, conscientious and good cooperation spirit;
· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point);
· Willing to have longtime development in Recruiting/HR field preferred;
· Strong time management skill;
· Proactive and able to work under pressure;
· At least 4 months internship and 5 days a week of full time.
