App Annie is experiencing high growth this year. For next 12 months, we will need your help to help build a APAC class team! As a Sourcing Specialist, you will demonstrate your creative searching and sales skills to track down the very best talent. You will communicate with your sourced super-candidates, tell them what we have going on behind the scenes and invite them to interview at App Annie.
Brain washing is not needed. It's actually pretty easy, tell them exactly what cool things we are doing and what we are made of, share our vision... and usually, smart professionals who know what a good opportunity is when they see one, will inquire more! It's on you to help us get the word out! Most importantly you will help us with candidate experience. Partner with the senior recruiting team and help get these top professionals on board with us!
Responsibilities:
o Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
o Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
o Generate qualified candidates through Direct Sourcing via telephone and/or email.
o Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's recruiting platform, Jobvite.
o Interview and screen potential candidates including: face-to-face, phone interviews, and reference checking
o Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
o Attending, organizing and working recruiting events both on and off site.
You:
o A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience sourcing required
o Demonstrated ability in screening for highly technical positions and identifying strengths and areas of development
o Ability to conduct build and source IC & management level hires with tact and tenacity
o An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates
o A strong bias for action
o Strong negotiating, closing and follow-through skills
o Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand technical requirements
o Results-oriented mindset, not scared by stretch goals
o Must be highly articulate
o Comfortable making numerous telephone calls
o Team player, highly collaborative
o Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
o Preference for a combination of agency and in-house experience
o Agency background is actually a HUGE plus :)
o Client interaction, including working with our technical & marketing hiring managers, taking new requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pipeline progress.
