Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate students or postgraduate students in universities.
2. Good MS Offices skill, especially in Excel (Important)
3. Excellent language skills in English (written and oral)
4. Responsible; working under pressure; strong interpersonal skills
5. Experience in school activities and other internships will be a plus

职务内容 BMW Motorrad – Sales & Logistics Time: 2015.10-2016.05 at least six months, full-timeResponsibilities:
1. Before import :
1) CCC stickers purchasing and distribution;
2) Information record of motorcycles transported; special cases handling
3) Specific COC paper handling for each individual motorcycle
4) Ordering specific vehicles for BMW stock and checking the dealers’ order
5) Making invoices and contracts for each cargo ship6) Making records for different new models
2. Import :
1) Providing specifications of BMW Motorcycles to the broker; recording relevant data; monitoring the transportation of cargo from port to warehouse and to dealers; taking a series actions in SAP
2) Cooperating with the warehouse vendor; weekly/monthly monitor the stock in IVS/R system; checking the KPI for our broker; dealing with insurance company if any damage or loss
3) Payment to vendors regularly; corporate with our finance colleagues for different kinds of document; checking and inform everyday wholesale
