This position is to engage with users of Remix on our US social platforms and official forum. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a passion for technology and helping others.
Monitor social media platforms with an aim to serve the customers’ technical needs including answering questions, and responding to bug reports and complaints in timely manner.
Develop, edit and share daily knowledge base content related to our products and brand in order to build meaningful connections with customers.
Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Product Team, Logistics, etc.) to manage brand reputation.
Fluent to native proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
Bachelor’s degree or is currently majoring in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Communicate with users in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent writing and communication skills
Detail oriented, self-driven with a passion to help and delight people
Strong technical knowledge of tablets, computers, operating systems (esp. Android based) preferred
Technical customer service experience or having moderated other forums in the past preferredOther language skills are a plus
