Job Description:    
          
Roles & Responsibilities    
          
- Help with day-to-day game update and cooperate with art, tech and operation team during the process. Will be responsible for one part of game update after learning required skills.    
          
- Based on players' feedback, help to design key features to improve users stickiness, retention and game monetization. Work with art and tech team to implement the features.  Optimize the features based on players' feedback and data analysis when the feature is online.    
          
- Will work independently and be responsible for big feature design and implementation after 3-6 months' learning.    
          
          
          
Skills& Qualifications    
          
- Enjoy working in an international environment, strong desire for success in gaming industry    
          
- Fast learner,  can work under big pressure, never say no to difficulties, strong problem-solving skills    
          
- Focused, detail oriented,diligent, persistent, well-organized, highly responsible for any assigned work    
          
- Easy going, good communication skills.    
          
- Excellent oral and written English, can use English as working language    
          
- Graduated from top tier universities, major in science or engineering    
          
- 0-2 years of work experience in social game, mobile game or prestigious internet companies
