工作职责：
1. Design and run a workstream of moderate complexity with limited oversight;
2. Produce high quality output with clear and insightful messages;
3. Conduct insightful analysis using relevant strategy tools / frameworks and
understand the limitations;
4. Demonstrate active listening and questioning;
5. Provide timely feedback and coaching to other team members;
6. Develop rapport and working relationships with junior clients and maintain
them outside of engagements
职位要求：
1. Degree from a leading institute, MBA preferred
2. A minimum of one years of relevant experience in Tier 1 & 2 strategy houses
, local or boutique consultancy firms or strategy, business development or com
mercial teams within large corporations
3. Able to demonstrate analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured
thinking, and creativity
4. Confidence, ambitious, pragmatic with good people skills
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in Puton
ghua is highly desirable
