工作职责：    
Responsibilities
o Typically work on an engagement focusing on either acquisition strategy, pre-deal assessment/due diligence (from commercial, operational and HR perspectives), post-deal merger integration, joint ventures or separation/carve-out strategy and planning
o Lead a workstream and be responsible for ensuring consistent successful delivery of all facets of KPMG Integration/ Separation services to clients
o Develop problem formulation, problem solving and cohesive conclusions, and present key findings, typically to C-level clients
o Be responsible for coaching and mentoring analysts and junior team members on the team
o Support in practice/ community building efforts such as recruitment, training and thought leadership
o Engage with the wider advisory community in China to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the China Integration/ Separation advisory business
          
职位要求：    
o Demonstrated interest in working in a M&A advisory services
o Three years work experience in consulting or corporate strategy roles with a particular focus on market entry, mergers, acquisitions, corporate alliances, portfolio strategy and merger integration
o Previous experience in a top tier strategy consulting firms, boutique firms focussing on pre-deal / due diligence advisory service or in the transaction advisory service of big 4 accountancy firm preferred. Candidates with investment banking experience are also encouraged to apply
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field; Master’s degree in Business
