Investment Analyst (Full-time/Intern)
Department: Mergers and Acquisitions
Working Location: Shenzhen, Beijing
Roles & Responsibilities：
? Conduct industry and product research focus on Internet field
? Participate in deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and deal execution
? Lead cross function teams including BG, Legal and Finance to manage deal process, including conduct business analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, prepare investment documents, and manage closing project
? Manage the whole deal process to ensure flawless execution
? Coordinate cross function teams in post deal management
Required Qualifications:
We are looking for people with intelligent, high responsibility; who has real enthusiasm and curiosity on Internet business and products, evident team-working and communication skills.
? High level of integrity, dedication and motivation
? Bachelor/Master degree from top schools
? Internship experience with top consulting firms and/or investment banks is a strong plus
? Excellent problem solving skills; solid logic thinking
? Fluency in English and Chinese
