The individual will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the full spectrum of the International Relocation related services to expatriate by partnership with global mobility Services team and internal & external stakeholders from various functions.
Services include but may not be limited to:
o Expatriation Payment processing and tracking, cross entity bill back coordination;
o Coordinate with external service providers and internal colleagues for administrative formalities, including transportation logistics, request of chop usage, bank guarantee letter application, membership enrollment, report update, file archive, and mobility system update etc.;
o Support HR International Mobility projects, HR related reporting;
o Other related tasks required by Mobility Team.
Skills/Capabilities:
o At least 4 days per week
o Customer service experience to expatriate incl. expatriate, relocation, immigration, etc. preferred;
o Bachelor Degree or above
o Fluent English, written and oral;
o Pay attention to detail;
o Good inter-personal skill;
o Mature, Self-disciplined and initiative
