Federation Server to allow users, tools, and analytics to interact with any of IBM’s relational databases, other vendors RDBMSs and Big Data stores(HADOOP).
It is able to access data in any data source efficiently and seamlessly, minimizing data movement and preserving the resiliency characteristics that customers associate with bigdata.
This is a multi-disciplinary team that spans four continents and works on all phases of product development: from initial requirements gathering, to design, implementation, performance analysis and customer deployments.
In terms of technology we go farther than IBM has traditionally gone before and embrace both open source components as well as proprietary data warehousing solutions.

We are expecting those interns who having bachelor degree and not only work efficiently and independently, but also are adaptive to the ever-changing development and QA project environment.

Required skills:
- Familiar with software engineering and software development .  
- Has C/C++ or Java development skills, Experience of Java,JSP is a plus;
- Has experience of Structured Query Language(SQL);
- Linux/UNIX programming and administration skills;
- Script language: perl, shell is a plus;
- Has experience of testing or development theory and method is a plus;
- Strong sense of ownership and problem solving;
- Pro-active and Self-driven;
- Good team player and English communication.
- Must more than 3.5 working days in one week.
