职位一:HR/ Training & Development
Basic requirements
oMust stay student identity during whole internship
oMust fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week
oStarting date ASAP
Qualification required
oJunior university student or above, postgraduate student is preferred
oStrong willingness to work in HR training field
oExceptional skills in PPT and Excel
oTeam work spirit and good communication skills
oDetail oriented and customer service awareness
o Proactive and eager to learn
oMore than 3 months internship experience in well-known companies is preferred
Task designation
oSupport training course operation, including on-site support, training evaluation consolidation, etc.
oSupport training projects operation, including invitation distribution, facility preparation, etc.
o Support to provide customized training solution, especially language training solution
oTeam administration work, such as meeting room reservation
职位二:Human Resource Development
Basic Requirement:

Brief Description of Assignment:
The internship position is in Global Payroll Mnagement Team of HRD/G. Main tasks will be:
oSupport to streamline the Global assignment related process, support management with presentations, support the whole team with research, document procedure, archiving and signature collection
oSupport ongoing projects including shopfloor, GAM conference and GAM training sessions
oThe intern will also attend regular team meetings
Qualification Requirement:
oFluent in both writing and oral English
oProficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
职位三:Human Resource/ Marketing & Recruiting
Basic requirements
oGuarantee student identity during the whole internship
oGuarantee a 6-month internship, 5 days per week
oStarting date ASAP
Qualification required
oFluent English both in written & spoken
oGood communication skills
oDetail-oriented, strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
oAbility to work under pressure, multi-task
Task designation
oSupport HR marketing event management, vendor communication, etc.
oSupport offline and online employer branding promotion
oUsing SAP system to promote HR marketing’s expense and follow the procurement process
oAdministrative tasks: book meeting room for supervisor, interview arrangement, and storage management, etc.
oOther works assigned by supervisor
职位四:Human Resource Marketing & Recruiting
Basic Requirement:
oMust stay student identity during whole internship
oMust fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week
oStarting date ASAP
Brief Description of Assignment:
oMaintain Daimler intern master data
oSupport the internship management team for intern recruitment
oPrepare intern check-in document and conduct the new comer orientation
oPrepare intern’s payroll documents and internship certificates
oProvide consultation for interns and Business Units when it comes to internship related issues
oFile internal materials and follow up the signature process for internal documents
oOther works assigned by supervisor
Qualification Requirement:
oFluent English speaker and capable of using English as working language
oStrong sense of responsibility
oDetail and object oriented thinking pattern
oAbility to handle multi-tasks under high pressure
oGood communication skills with intercultural competence.
