Sourcing Intern:

Job Description:
- Responsible for talent intelligence research, building talent pipeline through
recruiting, networking, and cold calling. Provides consistent and specific
measurable’s, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Works efficiently using candidate database tools and processes to ensure
productivity.
-  Establishes a network to support ability to present candidates quickly into the
pipeline.
- Builds strong relationships between potential candidates and hiring teams.
- Motivated and results-driven to communicate and influence candidates.

Requirement:
- Required 3 to 5 days per week for internship working.
- Strong communication skills and Fluent in English (both spoken & written).
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information:
- Working location is Oriental Plaza(Dongdan Station Subway line 2 and line 5)
- Payment: 150 RMB /day for colleague student; 200/day for graduate student
