2、Job Responsibilities:
1) Handing daily emails to ensure timely response to internal team and external customers.
2) Contact customers to confirm invoice information and follow up on payment issue, control of AR aging.
3) Process orders for domestic customer and enter orders into SAP system.
4) Organizing documents and service reports.
5) Quote price to the customers.
6) Create a new customer code or maintain customers’ information in workspace.
7) Handling various duties as requested by the department manager.
3、Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree above, major of Business Administration, finance and international trade is preferred.
2) Good communication skills.
3) Team-work and customer-focused.
4) Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office.
5) At least 4 days per week for 6 months.
4、待遇：本科生：120元/天；研究生：150元/天。
