Based on Microsoft R&D hiring requirement, sourcing suitable talent in IT market by different channel
HR phone interview with candidate
Involving some market research programs like talent mapping, technical domain mapping and etc.
Requirement:
Has some knowledge or experience on IT industry
Prefer computer science relevant majority
Strong passion and career motivation on HR, especially staffing
Good communication skill
Staffing intern experience will be a plus
