Responsibilities:
1. System Operation monitoring
2. Monitoring kinds of monitoring system and escalated to related SE
3. Following the standard process to confirm the issue then report to related SE to follow up
4. The monitoring shift handover and send out daily report
5. Maintaining the server and network equipment and having ability to solve problems
6. Other related works in Ops department

Requirements:
1. 1 or 3 years’ experience in system operation or relevant position
2. Computer major related
3. Familiar with the technical support system environment in Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010 etc
4. Understanding of mainstream server and network equipment. Familiar with Cisco 5. Router/switch and wireless network device is a plus
6. Experience in system operation and monitoring
7. Have good knowledge of windows server. Such as windows 2008, IIS 7.0 and SQL server 2008 is a plus
8. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
9. Good service conscious and strong team work spirits
10. Be ability to use a program language like Python, C and shell etc
11. Have opportunity to be a full time employee according the performance during the working period
