主要职责:
正式员工招聘简历初筛,安排面试,联络学校招生办等招聘事宜。
管理员工假期安排系统,负责审批假期。
新员工入职合同,续签合同,试用期评估等文件的制作。
月度报表制作,包括加班单整理,新员工统计,人员变化报告等。
福利物资的发放。
要求:
本科及以上学历在校生。
认真负责,对人力资源有较大兴趣。
乐于接受挑战。
保证每周工作三天以上,能够实习3个月以上。

独立办公室。
Main Responsibilities
1. Support on recruitment process and training courses. Update recruitment database and support new comer on-board process.
2. Checking documents of on boarding procedures and set up personal files
3. Responsible for leaving system management and leave approval issue.
4. Assist in P-file management, labor contract management, probation management and termination checking-out process
5. Prepare monthly reports including new joinner reports,OT documents, O-charts, etc...
6. Other works assigned by supervisor qualifications
Requirements
1, Bachelors degree or above
2, Three days per week for the internship is a must, and at least 3 months working period
