Position: Intern – ITP Cross Functions (IT for supporting Finance, HR)
Location: Daimler Tower, 8 Wangjing Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Job description:
1. Support to make PowerPoint and Excel, sometimes do analysis work in IT team
2. Support to organize team activities, and communicate between departments and clients.
3. Daily supporting mail box monitoring, first level issue handling and dispatch.
4. Professional IT work, such as assist in SAP SRM Module/ Sharepoint (junior level) and etc.
5. Basic administrative jobs, like meeting room and projector booking & etc.
Requirements:
1. Excellent oral and written English skills.
2. Good Microsoft office skills, especially Excel, PPT and Word.
3. Good Analytical and Research skills.
4. Good time management skills multi task capabilities and communication skills.
5. Minimum 1-3 months internship or working experience.
6. Can be on-board at half of March. 2016 and could guarantee 5 or 6 months full time internship.
The internship will last for six months, full-time work.
