1. Research & Development/ Color & Trim Design (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Well- developed illustration and visualization skill, including drawing, illustrator and 3D program
-Present thoughts and designs, both verbally and visually
-Fluent English, written and spoken, at least basic Chinese knowledge Understands timelines and is proactive regarding task completion
-Ability to rapidly explore a wide variety of colors, finishers, and material options
-A love for trends, technology, and an active lifestyle. Courage to explore new ideas
-Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work respectfully with others
-Excellent drawing, graphic and presentation skills
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others
-Bachelor of Transportation/ Arts/ Graphic/ interior design/ Product design/ Fashion
Task designation
-Develop strategies for color and material implementation by identifying opportunities for innovation
-Understand the needs and desires of our customers
-Monitoring and analyzing regional design trends and material developments. Explore a wide variety of compelling color and material options through renderings and prototypes
-Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Management teams to translate project goals into relevant design solutions
-Communicate with suppliers during color matching process Select various themes based on trends/ research and create and display “virtual sketch board” presentations or physical drawings
-Maintain and establish a color and material library
2. After Sales (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Fluent oral English
-Interest in data analysis and good logical thinking
Task designation
-Parts sales daily and monthly report
-Support in reporting and data analysis
-Support to management for operative tasks
3. IT Innovation Lab/ Design & Program (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
-High proficiency in design software and graphic editing, e.g. in Photoshop, InDesign, KeyNote, etc.
-Good skills in layout and content design of posters, flyers
-Good language skills in English
-Strong interests in newest technologies
-Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Task designation
The IT innovation team for Daimler China runs a platform from experimenting, testing, and creating/ prototype the cutting edge information technologies that will meet the future needs of Daimler Digital China. This team constantly looks for new input and fresh spirits, to keep pace with global IT trends. The candidate will take a key role in this new platform for technology development and has to be willing to be part of a new team of IT innovators. At the same time, strong mentoring from professional designers will be given.
-Co-create concepts with the team
-Find ways to realize concepts by building prototypes
-Designing minimum viable products
-Using agile working/ coding methods within the team
4. IT Innovation Lab/ Big Data (Beijing)
Qualification required
-IT related background
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications
-Knowledge of media editing software preferred
-Basic experience in working in a team
-Good knowledge of English language
Task designation
-Deliver project relevant informational research
-Presentation preparation
-Supporting communication within the team
-Visitors arrangement and event organization
5. Human Resources & Admin (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Human Resource Management is preferred
-Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Detail-oriented
Task designation
-Support recruitment activities, including meeting room reservation, interview arrangement, etc.
-Assist in preparing documents and follow up on approval process
-Prepare & assist in employee benefits administration, e.g. anniversary certificate distribution/ follow up on payment process
-HR event support, e.g. annual townhall meeting, Family Day, etc.
-Other administration work in HR Key Account team
6. Sales & Marketing (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Detail oriented and responsible
-Good MS-Office skills, especially in Excel
-Fluent in both written and oral English
-Good communication skill
-Teamwork spirit
Task designation
-Director office administration support
-weekly /monthly report consolidation and used car marketing relevant tasks
-Other work assigned by supervisor
7. IT Management (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Proactive attitude and be responsible for the assigned tasks
-Be able to work under pressure
-Open minded
-Good oral & written English skills
-Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Task designation
-Administration tasks and team activities, e.g. team building, workshop
-Support cost tracking, procurement and payment handling and related documentations
-Support team members to organize meeting
-Other tasks assigned by team leader
8. After Sales/ Team Support (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Excellent in English writing, speaking and translation
-Strong capability in communication and coordination, high responsibility and patient, result orientation
-Familiar operation on MS Office applications
Task designation
-Working with teams of filed measure and VICC
-Supporting team to organize meeting, documents translation
-Complete crossing department job and other daily work
-Apply for reimbursement
