1. Human Resources/ Policies and Processes (Beijing)
Qualification required

Task designation
-Payment Voucher Preparation: Internal payment management; Coordinate with Controlling/ Accounting/ Vendor; Track rental invoices and monitor payment status
-Data filtration and analysis for monthly tax report and employee database
-Contract and documents preparation for seal and signature
-Meeting Room usage status tracking
-Team support and data consolidation for daily operation
-Other work assigned by supervisor
2. Legal (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Legal background preferred
-Basic Legal English required
-Proficient Office Skill (especially PPT skill)
-Detail sensitive and easy adaption with team environment
Task designation
-Contract management: assist lawyers in reviewing contracts and maintaining contract management system
-Daily legal consultation: assist lawyers in legal research and issue legal advice
-Coordination with external law firms: assist lawyers in developing business cooperation, executing Frame Contract; following up legal fees payment
-Others: project payment (EBP payment system) and other admin work
3. IT Innovation Lab/ Design & Program (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
-High proficiency in design software and graphic editing, e.g. in Photoshop, InDesign, KeyNote, etc.
-Good skills in layout and content design of posters, flyers
-Good language skills in English
-Strong interests in newest technologies
-Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Task designation
The IT innovation team for Daimler China runs a platform from experimenting, testing, and creating/ prototype the cutting edge information technologies that will meet the future needs of Daimler Digital China. This team constantly looks for new input and fresh spirits, to keep pace with global IT trends. The candidate will take a key role in this new platform for technology development and has to be willing to be part of a new team of IT innovators. At the same time, strong mentoring from professional designers will be given.

4. Business Processes and Systems (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor or above in Computer, IT or database management related major
-Experienced in programming in Access
-Good skills in MS office
-Fluent in English
Task designation
The target is to optimize the current supplier management database for new functions and new reports. To utilize the system raw data to monitor our supplier and sub-supplier more comprehensively and accurately. Furthermore, to use this chance to complete the documentation for further maintenance and development.
-Develop an Access database for sub-supplier management according to the requirements/logic given
-Document the structure for existing database
-Document the SOP about how to use the Access tool (user manual)
-Document Dev. & maintenance manual
-Train the people for using the tool
-Support the new tool trail run and fix the problem
-Monitor the tool utilization for a certain period and keep optimizing it
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
5. After Sales (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Excellent language skills in both Chinese and English
-Computer skills mandatory, proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint
-A customer satisfaction service mindset with strong cerativity

6. Research & Development/ Telematics & Infotainment (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Good written and spoken English
-Capable of speaking German is a plus
-Good at using MS Office applications, especially Excel
-Analytical skills, responsibility, engagement, team spirit, and communication skills are also required
-Please make sure you are also able to speak Cantonese or Sichuanese
Task designation
-Support the team in its research activities related to user interaction
-Collect relevant information, supporting the coordination of research activities and supporting to present the results
-Support administrative work for the team
7. Human Resources & Admin (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Human Resource Management is preferred
-Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Detail-oriented
Task designation
-Support recruitment activities, including meeting room reservation, interview arrangement, etc.
-Assist in preparing documents and follow up on approval process
-Prepare & assist in employee benefits administration, e.g. anniversary certificate distribution/ follow up on payment process
-HR event support, e.g. annual townhall meeting, Family Day, etc.
-Other administration work in HR Key Account team
8. Human Resources Development (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, detail- oriented, patient, efficient and open personality
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Good in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Business and management related majors are preferred
