工作内容和要求如下：

Key Responsibilities：
1、    Provide overall administrative support to MDs and team members.
2、    Set up the daily meeting and logistics arrangement
3、    Coordinate business travel arrangement
4、    System maintenance and expense reimbursement
5、    Document control, eg, timesheet, payment request, etc.
6、    Other BJ office admin trivialities and supports

Requirements:
1、    College and above
2、    Good command of both spoken and written English
3、    Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook
4、    Ability to work with others as a team
5、    Professional attitude and flexible and able to work under pressure
