1. Human Resources/ Marketing & Recruiting (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Fluent English both in written & spoken

Task designation
-Support Intern recruitment work including: job posting, CV screening, first round phone interview, etc.
-Maintain the HR system
-Support internship management related work including: Talent pool updated, communication with interns and business units, etc.
-Other works assigned by supervisor
2. Sales & Marketing (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Interest in automobile industry
-Positive attitude and good sense of responsibility
-Strong and active in communication
-Fluent English
-MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Task designation
-Fully participate in new product development projects, including brainstorming, participating in project meetings, making slides, writing or translating formal documents, tracking project process, etc.
-Collect and analyze industry information
-Support for administrative work of the team, such as processing signing procedures, arranging team activities, arranging team meetings, make meeting minutes, etc.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
3. Marketing & Campaign (Beijing)
Qualification required
-University degree in English, Business, Economics
-Proficiency in English(Writing, Listening, Reading, Speaking)
-Attention to details, persistent, patient and continues learning
-Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills with an open mind attitude
-Self-motivated, self-disciplined, responsible, and ambitious and drive to result
-Possess Multi-tasked stills, and remains optimistic and enthusiastic under pressure of meeting deadlines
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written at all levels
-Good team player
Task designation
In the past few years, the auto financing industry has becoming increasingly competitive in the Chines market. A considerable increase on the number of various and creative financing/ leasing products is required to gain more competitive advantages and market share.
Campaign team is currently putting 100% effort into the design/ implementation/ analysis of the products, and also receives urgent high-level management requests from both internal and external parties both on a regular basis and at ad-hoc, all of which consumes the majority of daily working time, and leave little time to daily business work.
-Internal procurement process and signature process
-Daily reimbursement work
-Daily double-check work
-Assist to update dealer information list, using the knowledge of V-lookup and statistics summary in MS Excel
-Communicating with vendor, including asking for quotation, receiving goods, visitor badge application
-Team meeting arrangement and team lunch arrangement
-Other supports for the whole team
-Provide support on daily communication with both internal and external parties, and response to urgent business requests
-Provide support on the completion of the product approval process, getting signatures and transferring to related parties
4. Research & Development/ Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Under- graduate or post graduate student
-Good written and oral communication skills in EN/CN
-Excellent PPT, EXCEL and other basic office software
-Strong sense of responsibility, fast learning and good time management skills
Task designation
-Business communication assistance work (internal and external)
-Supporting work, including meeting room booking, meetings coordination, travel arrangement and reimbursement
-Industry research and collection
-Documents translation, regular meeting minutes taking
-Other necessary supporting works
5. International Procurement Service (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Team spirit, steady and detail-oriented
-Hard working, responsible, good communication skills;
-Good at office software
-Good command of English
Task designation
Support IPS department on operative procurement process, and communications, this includes but not limited to below activities:
PO/PC sending & archive, tracking PO/PC confirmation and original management
-Gather PO/PC which need chop by BMBS, MBCL
-Tracking MB, AAC, ECM report
-Procurement data and report summarization
-Team meeting arrangement, meeting minutes
-Small amount PO making
-Ad hoc works which may be required to support the team
6. CEO Office (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Strong and active in communication
-Careful and patient
-Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Fluent English both in written and oral
Task designation
-Support on monthly report: Generate report system and consolidate into templates
-Support on team administration related issues
-Support on new-comer orientation preparation
-Support on team and ad-hoc requirements
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
7. Smart Operation (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Detail-oriented, proactive and patient
-Fluent in both oral and written English
-Good at MS Office applications
-Sense of responsibility and reliable
Task designation
-Data collection and maintenance
-Daily sales report update
-Staff travels booking and reimbursement
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
8. IT Management (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above
-Good English both in speaking & writing
-Responsibility and circumspective
-Could work under pressure and handle multiple task
-Good MS Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
-Good interpersonal communication capability
Task designation
-Administration assistance, such as regular documentation archive and data tracking
-Event organization assisting, cross departments/ functions cooperation
-Regular work process following up
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
