JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Admin:
- providing comprehensive administrative support for internal and external, including
- Air tickets, ground transportation (trains/cars), hotel reservation, multiple city travel itinerary, authorization of travel application, visa application, and etc.
- Logistic preparation for board meeting, management meeting, and trainings, including meeting schedule, venue set up, related materials/document, meals, and etc.
- Contacting and coordinating with other departments/strategic partners
- Providing reception and assistance service for key customers and management, including hotels, tickets, ground transportation, meetings/trainings, etc.
- Interpreter and translator when necessary
- Purchasing of kitchen supplies, such as milk, sugar, water, and coffee, etc.
- Purchasing of office supplies, such as stationary, desktops, laptops, mobile handset, etc.
- Maintaining good conditions of all kinds of office appliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2-3 years relevant administration or secretarial experience in multinational company;
- Fluent English skills in both oral and written;
- Excellent computer knowledge( Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with excellent team player;
- Intelligent, loyal, quick-response, open-minded and highly efficient;
- Reliable, Proactive and able to deliver on time and meet expectations
- Independent and can work under pressure.
