1. Intern, Technical Support & Training (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
oReport data generation and summary
oTeam assistant for miscellaneous objects
oMaking purchase for internal/external order online
Qualification Requirement:
oFluent English, proficient MS PPT, Excel
oBetter majoring in English, computer, math or similar subjects
2. Intern, Legal (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
oContract management :assist layers in reviewing contracts and maintaining contract management system
oDaily legal consultation: Assis layers in legal research and issuer legal advice
oCoordination edit external law firms: assist layers in developing business cooperation , executing frame contract , following up legal fees payment
oOthers: project payment (EBP payment system)and other daily work
Qualification Requirement:
oGood communication skills
ofluent in oral and written English and Chinese
oExcellent Office skills
oWell-organized and easy adaption to team environment
3. IT Wholesale Operation (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
oSupport project management, tracking project status, coordinate different parties for project meetings and project documents
oSupport cross team communication and cooperation
oSupport procurement & payment handling and related documentations
oAdministrative tasks and team activities, e.g. Knowledge sharing, team building and development
Qualification Requirement:
oFluent English both in written & spoken
oProactive attitude and be responsible for assigned tasks
oQuick self-learning skills and good communication skills
oDetail-oriented, strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
oGood command of computer skills and proficient in MS office
4. Intern, Research &Development (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
oPhone testing on Mercedes hands-free system
oAssist with the work of relevant project
oGeneral administration supports
oTest driving if necessary
Qualification Requirement:
oInterested in Automotive Industry and Telematics testing
oFast learner with good team spirit and good ability of communication
oFluent in spoken and written English
oProficient in Office software: Word/PPT/Excel
oGermany or related working experience is a plus
5. Public Relations (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
oSupport on diverse projects in application
oSupport on various admin works such as business trip application, reimbursement, meeting arrangement
oSupport in internal and external communication of PR activates
Task designation:
oGood communication skill
oProficient in English speaking and writing
oGood at MS office, especially PowerPoint
oCan do attitude and supportive to others
oAble to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. IT Retail Operation (Beijing)
Qualification required
oBachelor degree or above, postgraduate student is preferred
oFluent English, both oral and written
oProficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
oDetail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn
oAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a multi-cultural working environment
oTeam work spirit and good communication skills
oInformation Technology, business or finance background
oBasic knowledge in reporting tools, data analysis is a plus

oInstruct basic vehicle structure knowledge to call center agents
oGet training from Truck trainer and repeat basic MB brand basic knowledge to the agents
oAssist MB Truck trainer making questions focus on basic vehicle structure, MB product information, basic maintenance information etc.
oAssist CAC manager make Call center analyzing report, office admin work
9. Procurement (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
oAssist buyers in fulfilling purchase task
oResponsibility covers internal communication with requestor and external commination with supplier
oContract management and general administration work
Qualification Requirement:
oGood communication skills
ofluent in oral and written English and Chinese
oExcellent Office skills
oPositive attitude
