运营管理专员-Intern
岗位职责:
1、上传、核对和检查车辆进口数据;
2、上传二维码数据;
3、整理各车型的销售资料;
4、其他售前相关工作。
任职资格:
1、车辆工程专业为佳;
2、普通话标准,沟通表达能力佳;
3、熟练使用office办公软件;
4、良好哦执行力和团队合作精神;
5、态度积极乐观,具有较强的责任心;
6、具有良好的语言表达能力,思维敏捷,服务意识强。
Buyer-Intern
Position Summary: Mainly work on the purchasing system and process, but also assist throughout the whole purchasing function.
Skills
o Postgraduate students
o Major preferable in engineering, automation, automotive or Mechanism Manufacture.
o Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong communication skills in both languages. German would be a plus.
o Effective interpersonal skills- outgoing.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills
o Excellent organizational skills, high sensitivity to figures, accuracy and attention to details
o Demonstrate initiative and have a flexible and positive attitude
o Service oriented, Self-motivated, team spirit with strong sense of commitment to all Branch members.
Duties And Responsibilities: Supports purchasing BU in the day to day operations
o The supplier data base
1. Review the 5 different sheets currently in the latest version to ensure that the information is gathered cohesively and accessible
o Folder structure of RSO
1. Participate in decision of structure with lead responsible
2. Ensure the structure is clearly understandable (overview pic)
3. Implement structure change
o Automate calculations in Sourcing tracking list
1. Clarify where information should be entered
2. Clearly show which cells that will further on be automatic
3. Connect figures/dates to reporting list
o Support initial steps of Market surveys
1. Gather contact details and information for purchasers
o Simplify/create SB template for local cases
1. Transport flows
2. Cost walk template etc.
o Participate in negotiations and quick-checks
1. Possibly perform Quick checks
o Provide administrative and logistic support to members of the department .
o Screen the completeness of each PO in the purchasing system before processing
o Pricing analysis based on the history information
o Update the status of each order
o Ad hoc projects as required to assist the Team in general.
