1. Main Responsibilities:
Assist C&B Manager for handling day-to-day administration's works and assigned tasks.
*Employees onboard/separation management:
-Assist in document preparation, HR system management with regard to employee onboard/separation
-Assist in probation confirmation letters, employment certificates, etc.
*Filing:
-Data entries into Human Resources Information System
-Setting up of new employee file & filing of employees personnel files.
*Other tasks:
-Assist in employee welfare maintenance;
-Liaise with internal and external vendors for C&B work delivery;
-Carry on other tasks assigned by the HR manager.
2. Main Requirements:
Good written and spoken English
Good at excel, words, PPT
Good communication skills
Hard-working, capability to learn fast, meticulous, sense of confidentiality
Team-work oriented
Educational background: Bachelor or Master
