Staffing:
E-talent data Maintenance
Job posting in external channel, CV Screen, Interview Coordinate
Daily Operation:
Prepare HR related reporting, e.g. HC Report, VFO report etc.
People Management Cycle support and auditing
ALPS/PMX/ESS data audit/maintenance
O-chart Update
Work on payment to all external vendor in terms of training,recruitment,contractor payroll etc.
Facilitate HR events or initiatives
Employee on-boarding/exit/transfer/ restructure tracking
Employee visa application services for TFA
Lead Site Work Allowance & OT management
Training:
Ensure Training Plan to update timely
Coordinate training smoothly
Employee Relationship:
Support on trade union activity
Facilitate some employee activities
Requirements:
Remain student identity during whole internship, Human Resources related major
Can guarantee 3 days a week for 3 months, Start from August
Excellent in Excel and PPT
Logically, detailed oriented, good communication skills, eager to learn
Working Location:
Beijing-Sanlitun
