1. Intern, Overall Vehicle Development (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment
-Support and preparation for internal training
-Maintenance of the Proc3ess Hand book
-Daily work assistance and documentation support within the team
-Maintenance and improve of training materials for Entrance Testing Newcomer
-Support inn documentation of new processes and standards
Qualification Requirement
-University student in project/mechanical related scoop
-Experience in automobile industry would be plus
-Solid knowledge of project management and time management and related software program
-MS Word/Excel knowledge is required
-Good level of written and spoken English is required
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, which able to work in a multi-cultural environment and coordinate with different counterparts
-Duration:5-6 months
2. Intern, IT Service Parts & RD (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment
-Assist to source CV
-Conduct phone interview to recommend potential candidates
-Arrange face-to-face interviews for candidates with HR and departments managers
-Collect personnel file to help candidates onboard
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualification Requirement
-Good English and German in written & spoken
-Good communication/inter-person skills, as well as analysis skill
-Detail-oriented, passionate, honest and reliable
-Talent recruiting and sourcing related experience is preferred
3.Collection and litigation (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment
-Support write off and litigation processes, prepare relevant materials
-Prepare and manage customer default letter
-Update team daily dashboard; other team support work
Qualification Requirement
-Fluent English in both oral and written, capable of using English as work language
-Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Detail and object oriented thinking pattern
4. Intern, Overall Vehicle Testing
Basic Requirement:
-Must stay student identity during whole internship
-Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week
-Starting date ASAP
Brief Description of Assignment:
-Implementation of German teat standard in RD China, Installation
-Documentation of measurement system in test vehicles
-Measurement data analysis/validation
Qualification Requirement:
-Major in electrical engineering, vehicle technology, mechanic engineering
-Good in Excel, Data base, MS Office
-Proficiency in English in oral and written form is a must
-Good at communication in an international team
5. Public Relations (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
-Support on diverse projects in application
-Support on various admin works such as business trip application, reimbursement, meeting arrangement
-Support in internal and external communication of PR activates
Task designation:
-Good communication skill
-Proficient in English speaking and writing
-Good at MS office, especially PowerPoint
-Can do attitude and supportive to others
-Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. IT Retail Operation (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor degree or above, postgraduate student is preferred
-Fluent English, both oral and written
-Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a multi-cultural working environment
-Team work spirit and good communication skills
-Information Technology, business or finance background
-Basic knowledge in reporting tools, data analysis is a plus
Task designation
-Meeting & video conference arrangement, meeting minutes maintenance
-Team administrative work to support the whole team (reimbursement, signature process tracking, stationary/business card ordering, documentation, etc.)
-Assist Senior Manager & visitors
-Team activities & events organization and coordination
-Data consolidation & maintenance for reports
-Department reports support
-Cross-department communications
7. Intern, Dealer Credit (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Bachelor or above degree majoring in Finance, Economics or Accounting
-Be fluent in both oral and written English
-Positive attitude and good sense of responsibility
-Proficient in using MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Task designation
-Coordinating analysts on the legal documents management
-Wholesale application documents completeness check
-Rating model improvement
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
-VTD Handover List & VTD Management Report crosscheck and follow up
-Filling handover list and contract
-Backup staff's VTD daily operations during peak time, e.g. approving VTD sold release, communicating with on-site officers
-Prepare payment voucher to vendor
-Organize stationery purchase
-Arrange team meetings and take meeting minutes
-Maintain CM Holiday Calendar
-Update CM Telephone List and Organizational Chart
-Arrange team building activities
-Support supervisor's on-time requests, e.g. Data analysis or others
8. Customer Assistant Center (Beijing)
Qualification required
-Automobile background is preferred
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Ability of reading and writing of English report
-Ability of translate IT related report into English
Task designation
-Develop training plan and training material to call center agents
-Instruct basic vehicle structure knowledge to call center agents
-Get training from Truck trainer and repeat basic MB brand basic knowledge to the agents
-Assist MB Truck trainer making questions focus on basic vehicle structure, MB product information, basic maintenance information etc.
-Assist CAC manager make Call center analyzing report, office admin work
9. Intern, Quality Field Sensor (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
-Deals with reporting and controlling on top quality
-Contact with R&D ,Aftersales, Quality and Public Relations
Qualification Requirement:
-Excellent study results in Industrial engineering and management or Business Administration
-Excellent project management ,MS Office, communications and intercultural skills, team player
-Proficiency in English in oral and written form is a must, German and Chinese also desirable
-High communication skills, high analytical skills
-responsibility, dripline and willingness to success
10. Telematics & Infotainment Admin (Beijing)
Brief Description of Assignment:
-Support staff on-board/off-board procedure for department
-Support administrative tasks in office (e.g. support internal mailing job, assist purchase process such like office stationary, office management etc. )
-Coordinate department event organizing (e.g. outing, annual dinner or other similar)
-Ad-hoc tasks from superior
Qualification Requirements:
-Undergrad or Master student, prefer study in English/German/HR/Business administration (Engineering is also considerate)
-Good communication skills; good team player
-Good sense of English, both writing and speaking
-Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and other necessary office tools
