Cisco is currently accepting applications for master level internships within the Legal Department.

This position will expose the legal intern to a broad array of cutting-edge legal issues and technology trends. Intern will gain experience in a wide variety of practice areas while supporting our legal team base by providing legal and business support to our company.


Responsibilities:

·  Assist the legal team in the daily work and administration as required helping maximize the team’s contribution to the company.
·  Conduct legal research on a variety of legal topics.
·  Assist in entity management.
·  Assist in preparing legal documents/contracts.


Requirements:

The intern must been rolled in an accredited law school or university in a degree program related to law.
·  Excellent legal analysis and research skills.
·  Strong oral and written communications skills.
·  Computer skills with proficiency MSOffice applications and legal research methods.
·  A positive, can-do attitude.
·  Interest in and familiarity with technology companies.

Educational Background：
·  Current post-graduate student pursuing master or doctor degree of law.
