此职位要求必不可少的项目管理、公司接洽以及同时管理与多个利益相关者关系的能力。候选人将有机会通过不同的研究项目与上市公司、重要投资人、以及其他可持续金融方面的利益相关者有不同层面的沟通与接洽。我们的研究希望能够增进上市公司对于环境数据的理解,促进其对相应信息披露并发现相应机会,减少风险。同时,使投资者及政策制定知晓公司在气候环境相关方面的工作并适时调整相应商业策略及政策法规。此外,候选人将有机会在CDP全球的投资者项目作出显著的贡献。
主要职责包括但不限于:
- 与中国上市公司接洽并协助上市公司提高环境信息披露的内容与质量;
- 在中国拓展CDP投资者联署机构,分享最佳实践与主要问题;与中国的投资者接洽并协助投资者了解环境因素在投资组合中的影响及应用;
- 管理并执行投资者相关项目,与合作方共同推进项目设计,评估, 情景分析及项目报告;
- 组织与利益相关方的对话及相关活动;
- 研究支持,协助伦敦投资者研究团队的相关项目;
- 协助中国项目主任及全球投资这项目主任做年度工作计划,有需要的话邀请中国专家加入参与策略制定。
一个成功的候选人应当有:
- 至少3-5年在金融,商业或可持续发展行业的工作或学习经以及在相关领域如:ESG(环境、社会、治理)、CSR(企业社会责任)、责任投资等方面的知识储备;
- 了解环境与金融问题之间的关联并对气候变化等环境问题有一定的了解和关注;
- 出色的沟通能力,可以使用通俗易懂的语言来沟通复杂的分析和观点的能力;
- 可以同时进行多个任务的能力,且能够优先考虑不同任务并按规定期限完成工作;
- 较强的人际关系和团队合作能力;
- 量化分析和研究能力;
- 细心, 有条理, 注重细节与工作效率及产出质量;
- 母语为中文并可熟练使用英文听说读写。
加分能力:
- 能够熟练操作Word、Excel、PowerPoint。能使用CRM和Bloomberg更佳(CDP也会·提供培训);

Project Manager: Sustainable Finance, CDP Beijing
CDP is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its investor program. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience at least in a project management experience with a business or financial background/qualification and have passion for environmental issues.
CDP runs an annual disclosure process on behalf of 827 institutional investors with combined assets in excess of $95 trillion. Disclosing companies provide quantitative and qualitative information about their greenhouse gas emissions, energy efficiency programs, water management, exposure to deforestation and strategic business approach to environmental risk.
Project management and company engagement skills are fundamental to this role, as well as research and the ability to manage relationships and conduct conversations with multi-stakeholders. The candidate will have opportunity to engage with public listed companies,key investors as well other key stakeholders in sustainable finance area though different initiatives and projects. The projects mainly aim to improve public listed companies ‘environmental information disclosure, help corporates’ understanding and knowledge of environmental and climate’s risks and inform investor/policy makers engagement with companies on climate-related issues. The candidate will also have an opportunity to contribute significantly to the CDP investor program globally.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Engage with and support China listed companies to increase the levels of environmental information disclosure;
- Engage with and support Chinese investor to understand the environmental impact to its portfolio; develop investor signatory in China,share the best practice and lessons learned;
- Manage and implement the investor related projects, collaborate with project partners on intelligence, assessment and situational analysis as well the project report;
- Develop and host multi stakeholder dialogue events, workshops and conferences;
- Coordinate work with the investor research in London and provide update reports;
- Develop annual work plan in collaboration with China Country Director and Global project lead for investor program, bringing in local and regional stakeholders where appropriate;
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3- 5 years of professional experience in finance, business or sustainability sector as well good understanding of related area knowledge such as ESG, CSR, responsible investment, etc.
- Understand the linkage between finance and environmental issues and have passion to solve environmental issues.
- Outstanding ability to communicate complex analysis and arguments in a concise, easy to follow manner in both Chinese and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams of individuals and colleagues.
- Demonstrated quantitative analysis and research skills.
- Proven ability to multi-tasks, organized and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized thinker who can juggle multiple, competing priorities.
- Native Mandarin speaker with high English proficiency.
Desirable qualities:
- Technologically competent: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ideally also CRM and Bloomberg (although training can be arranged);
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working, personable;
- Well organized; reliable, consistent; get-the-job-done attitude; and
- Overseas study or working experience
Eligibility requirements and Benefits:
This is a full time position based in CDP’s Beijing office, which will require occasional domestic and international travel.
