Job Description:

o    网上开户视频验证；
o    接听客户服务热线，为客户提供证券交易开户流程咨询以及投资理财咨询；
o    向客户推荐公司金融理财产品信息、进行业务解答、业务办理及投诉处理；
o    开展对新开户客户,存量老客户的回访，落实合规要求，调查客户满意度，接受客户意见和建议；
o    及时发现并报告相关存在问题，提升客户服务水平。


Job Requirement:

o    必须具有证券从业资格证；
o    本科学历，金融、财会或其他经济类专业；
o    较强的学习能力，快速的反应能力；
o    良好的客户服务意识及倾听与沟通能力；
o    认真细致、有耐心，并富有合作和团队精神；
o    普通话标准、声音甜美、具有亲和力；
o    能够适应轮班安排
