【Job Description】
Support on project management based on new business strategies, currently on
Digitalization, one of BMW’s most important strategic pillars in the future.
You role will include:
- Support on current Future Retail projects -Digitalization
- Take lead of sub-projects according to team's situation.
- Monthly implementation status update and analyze.
- Frequent communication and coordination with internal and external project partners.
- Daily business supporting, including meetings arrangements, budget tracking, reimbursement, company
pool car system etc.
【Requirements】
- Proficient with Outlook system and Microsoft packages (EXCEL, WORD and PPT)
- Good at business case analysis and have a logical thinking
– High proficiency in both Chinese and English (Especially listening and speaking)
– Advanced skills of interpersonal communication, teamwork and self-management
– Work 4/5 days/week for continuously 6 months, and could check in ASAP

– 北京朝阳区三元桥佳程广场 B 座 28 层

战略发展部是宝马非常核心的部门。目前项目正在前期，能够接触到宝马所有部门正在进行的数字
化项目，数字化作为宝马战略的未来重点，有很多行业的干货。实习生可以学到很多关于项目运作
和项目管理的知识。工作重复性，机械性的工作小，动脑子的或者需要和公司各个部门的同事协作
的工作较多，注重人际沟通能力，注重英语口语和听力。部门有很多咨询出身的员工，也有很多顶
级咨询公司提供的报告，战略部的经历对以后进咨询也很加分。

工资： 全勤税后 3000
