工作内容：
1. 协助参与运营思科大中华区人才发展项目
2. 参与执行雇主品牌项目的落地执行，协助设计本地EVP项目；
3. 协助计划并执行HR相关的员工活动；
4. 完成上级交代的其他事务。
职位要求：
1. 每周工作3-4天，不少于6个月
2. 对人才发展项目有热情，有类似经验者优先
3. 可以独立完成任务，细心耐心，交付工作保质保量，有强烈的责任心。
4. 具有较强的人际沟通能力和人际交往能力
5. 熟练地中英文书面和口头表达能力

Cisco - Program Intern
Responsibility:
1. Assist to Cisco GC talent and development program preparation, onsite support, and others related to program management, etc.
2. Assist to Employee branding events design, execution.
3. Design and execute HR related employees activities.
4. Other assigned work, data analysis, newsletter preparation.
Capability and basic requirements:
1. Work for 3-4 days per week for 6 months.(depends on the workload)
2 Bachelor or Master Degree
2. Passion in working on talent development field, with previous experience is a plus.
3. Deliver the result independently, carefully, and patiently with high quality.
4. Good at communication and interaction with people
5. Good at both in Chinese and English
