Job Descriptions:
The HR Intern will be a contributing member of the HR Generalist team responsible for full spectrum HR solutions, as well as deploying and executing the talent programs and initiatives.
This successful candidate will serve as the intern for our HR Generalists for several major functions in the office of headquarter, and as a supportive partner with regional Centers of Excellence leads to deliver on HR needs of the various business groups. Diverse responsibilities including but not limited to following discipline: Business Partnership, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Rewards, HR Operations, etc..
1.Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements, receive candidates, shepherd around with interviewers, follow up interview results (e.g. timely extending reply letters to applicants), then input these results into system and summarize them to one-page report;
2.Update interview pipeline information, including the internal HR system and other web bases, such as the recruitment section of CICC website and external channels;
3.Coordinate employee check-in / check-out process, prepare orientation packages to new joiners. After their orientation, input new employee’s information into system to set up their e-files;
4.Assist in training and seminar coordination, such as booking conference room and facilities, order food and beverage, confirm participant list. collect training feedback from participants to input into system for further reference;
5.Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the current HR information system;
6.Assist in the firm-wide year end campus recruitment process and performance evaluation process;
7.Other assignments specified by team leader.

本科及以上 位于 工商管理类 或 语言文学类
Requirements
1.Relevant experience in recruiting; preferably in a financial services or other professional services environment;
2.3rd year or above undergraduates or graduates with Human Resources or related majors from a top tier university, minimum 4 days a week is a MUST;
3.Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment;
.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all constituents – candidates, university professors, school contacts and senior business leaders;
5.Innovative, creative thinker with ability to provide enhancement or optimization suggestions to current programs and practices;
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
.During peak seasons, willingness to work overtime as needed;
8.Team player and collaborative;
9.Strong command of MS Office skills and data analytical skills.
