Company Background
CreditEase is a leading FinTech company in China, specializing in small business and consumer lending as well as wealth management for high net worth and mass affluent investors. It is a Standing Committee member of China’s Internet Finance Industry Association and Chairman of Beijing Marketplace Lending Association. Its majority owned subsidiary Yirendai (NYSE: YRD), an online consumer finance marketplace, is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Now we are looking for 1 HR Internships according to the need of business growth.

Key responsibilities of the role
1 Accurately make database entries and information update.
2 Depending on experience and the level of the search, make cold calls to find and identify potential candidates as well as clarify candidate's basic information if necessary
3 Support recruiters on engagements by generating names of potential candidates by way of telephone, print materials and online information resources.
4 Participate in designing the search strategy with recruiters.
5 Assist recruiters in accessing information relevant for active search assignments
6 Identify and track leading professional services organizations, and reports findings to appropriate Partners and Associates.

Requirements
1 Bachelor Degree or above, overseas study experience is preferred.
2 Strong telephone presence and confidence.
3 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & PowerPoint and Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
4 Must be comfortable operating in a highly professional environment.
5 Able to handle stress well.
