CRM System Operation Support intern
Job Description: As the Data Ops Geo Support, this person will perform data operation tasks in the Intel CRM system for PRC region. His or her responsibilities can include system operation, documentation, data clean up and validation during various phases of the project. He/she will strictly follow the WW and GEO data operation process and carry out day-to-day maintenance of SMG data in this new collaborative environment to ensure data for accounts, territories, and contacts is maintained in an efficient and high quality manner. These tasks are focused on these areas but limited to:
1. Territory data maintain and structure setup
2. Account data maintain and assign to the right territory
3. Contacts data maintain
4. Maintain the GEO document up to date
5. Pull the data report to support WW data auditing
6. Other on-demand data ops request.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering area
- Experience in IT software system.
- Ability to work as part of a cross functional team, as well as individually in order to drive issues to resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
