首先,商会的老板们都非常非常好,在商会实习的体现和我之前在大型国企是完全不同的。我和我的老板们之间的关系是非常非常和谐,完全没有上下级的那种距离感和等级感,他们更像是比我经历更丰富的朋友,会给我以后就业的指导,会在我面临选择的时候给我一些参考意见。我真的好爱我的老板们~~ 其次,商会的工作环境非常多元化,办公室有德国的意大利的美国的英国的西班牙的加拿大的等等等等各个国家的员工,只要你愿意交流,大家都非常热情,而且来开会的会员公司很多也都是外国人,可以锻炼口语和商务交际,普通工作组会的级别都可以达到manager,senior manager和Vice president,CEO....第三,在商会的实习相对于硬性能力来说获益的更多是软性能力, 收获真的非常大。你还会经常被老板带到各个高达上的地方去开会,欧盟驻华使团真的不要去太多,凯宾斯基四季王府半岛什么的真的太平常了。 另外你的实习小伙伴都非常优秀,大家经常一起出去吃饭,使馆区哇,各国美食,超级正宗。但是,我们是NGO组织,真的不会给你很多工资,为了钱的同学们可以忽略了,因为我们前三个月是没有工资的,第四个月开始才会有工资。总之,欢迎大家来实习~
Position Overview:
The European Chamber of Commerce in China is currently offering an internship at our Beijing office. The intern will assist the Government Affairs Department with the coordination of industry-specific Working Group activities, such as meetings, events and lobby actions.
Start Date: Late December
Duration: six months, at least 4 days a week
Specific duties include:
1. Research
- Engage in market and regulatory research as required
- Create industry newsletters on Chinese market and policy updates
- Assist in the drafting of the Position Paper and other publications
- Analyse and compile members’ comments on Chinese legislation
2. Administration
- Assist in the logistical preparation of Working Group meetings, events and government meetings
- Document and track Working Group activity, such as meeting minutes and lobby, event and annual reports
Translate documents and interpret at meetings and events as required
3. Communication
- Maintain contact with member companies and government authorities
- Promote European Chamber events and activities
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- University student
- Research experience
- Great organisational, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Availability
This internship runs for 6 months. Eligible candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor or postgraduate program and be able to commence this internship in late December. The intern is expected to work in the office at least 4 days a week.
A monthly stipend will be granted after the first three months of internship. Upon successful completion of the internship, a letter of recommendation signed by the Chamber Secretary General will be provided as a reference.
